The Snow Leopard Quest team is comprised of highly skilled members. Each member is passionate not only about observing wildlife but also conserving it.

Jigmet Dadul- Director Snow Leopard Quest
Jigmet has been studying the snow leopard since 1997. He is one of the most experienced snow leopard trackers in the country. In the last two decades, Jigmet has lead many expeditions for documentary filmmaking, photography, and wildlife research. He was the recipient of the prestigious CARL ZEISS Wildlife Conservation Award in 2014

Nawang Gyalston- Deputy-Director Snow Leopard Quest
Gyaltson is a passionate naturalist and conservationist. He started his career with the Snow Leopard Conservancy India Trust. He has experience in field research and expedition planning.

He was part of the documentary BBC Planet Earth II – (2014)
KC Namgyal- Expedition group leader
KC Namgyal hails from Zanskar and has been spotting snow leopards for over a decade. KC has also been part of documentary film projects such as the BBC Planet Earth II – (2014)
Chanchuk Dorjey- Liaison officer
Chanchuk is a very efficient liaison officer and has excellent trip management skills. He is also a passionate birdwatcher and snow leopard spotter in the field.
